Idyllically located near the promenade overlooking the marina and hotel beach club, The Marina Collection is an exclusive collection of twenty-four 2-, 3- & 4-bedroom apartments.

GOLDEN VISA
The Greece Golden Visa Program is a residence by investment program that enables non-EU nationals and their family members to obtain permanent residence permits in Greece. Qualifying for the program requires an investment in real estate with a minimum value of €250,000, plus applicable taxes.
It allows owners and investors to reside in Greece, study, and travel freely within the Schengen Area which includes 26 European countries; after 5 years you will be eligible to apply for permanent residency.
