Why Now is the Time to Buy a Property in Mallorca

Over the past several decades, Mallorca has established itself as one of the premier destinations for the globe’s most discerning individuals and families. According to Porta Mallorquina, property prices in Mallorca have risen 30% in the last five years. Whether a buyer chooses to rent it out some months of the year in the peak holiday season or simply leave it empty for their own use, an owner will be sure to benefit from an asset class which has stood the test of time.
